This issue has been resolved and access to ProQuest resources is functioning as expected.
All ProQuest resources are currently experiecing user authentication issues. NC LIVE is aware of the issue and working with ProQuest to have access restored. Users may recieve "Authentication error" pages or "Error 522 Connection timed out" errors.
