Strategic Planning 2026

 

NC LIVE is excited to announce the beginning of our strategic planning process! Our new strategic plan will help us assess the current and emerging needs of our membership and guide our content, services, and projects over the next few years. NC LIVE is working with Alliance for Library Impact to help guide and facilitate the process. We highly encourage member library staff to participate!

The strategic planning process will include:

  • Member feedback survey (Mid-February)
  • Focus groups and interviews (March & April)
  • Virtual member summits (Early June)

Additionally, members will be able to share feedback during the 2026 Annual Conference (May 15 & 18). More updates on how to get involved will be available on this page soon. If you have any questions, please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk.
