NC LIVE will be upgrading its EZproxy instances to version 6.3.5 on Friday, March 9th. The upgrade will take place from 9:00am to 3:00pm, and last approximately 10 minutes for each library.
How will the upgrade affect my library's remote access?
If your library uses NC LIVE easy-on (library card barcode) or NC LIVE password: Access to NC LIVE resources will be interrupted for remote users for about 10 minutes between 9am-3pm.
If your library uses NC LIVE Hosted Proxy: Access to NC LIVE resources and locally licensed resources will be interrupted for remote users for about 10 minutes between 9am-3pm.
If your library has its own proxy server: Access to NC LIVE resources may be temporarily interrupted for remote users for about 10 minutes between 9am-3pm.
