Last September when we launched Ebook Central, MARC records for the NC LIVE ebook collection were not available in LibCentral (the Admin tool for Ebook Central).
On February 28th, MARC records for the NC LIVE ebook collection will be available in LibCentral (complete with any customizations).
Starting with the 2018-02-28 MARC update, you will be receiving the NC LIVE MARC records in .mrc files that include 'nclive-ebooks' in their names.
The 'nclive-ebooks' files delivered on 2018-02-28 will be a complete set of NC-LIVE records (over 171,277 titles). If you have already loaded and are up to date with the NC LIVE Ebook subscription collection's MARCs, you can ignore the 'nclive-ebooks' .mrc files delivered on 2018-02-28.
All subsequent MARC records after 2018-02-28 will include only added and/or removed records.
Below are the steps on how to retrieve MARC records from LibCentral.

sign in using your Librarian Account
please contact ebooksupport [at] proquest.com (ebooksupport[at]proquest[dot]com) if you do not have and/or know your Librarian Username
select 'MARC Updates' from the 'Collections' menu
select the 'Subscribed and/or Owned' link in the 'MARC Record Set' column
select the 'Download' for the date of '2018-02-28'
ProQuest is still working on functionality that will bring usage statistics and title lists to LibCentral. That should be coming later this year.
