The webinars will cover the basics of e-resource management specifically for NC LIVE resources, including where to find ERM information on the NC LIVE website, frequently asked questions from the NC LIVE Help Desk, and routine maintenance tasks.
There will be time for Q&A and attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions ahead of time.
