Starting tomorrow, Friday, February 8, 2019 at 8pm Ex Libris/ProQuest is migrating systems applications to a new data center that will result in 24-hours of downtime for staff-facing applications including 360 Core/Client Center.
 
Update 1/18/19: This issue has been resolved.
 
Morningstar is currently inaccessible with users encountering a "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred" error or an "Access Denied" error when trying to perform any actions. We have reached out to Morningstar for more information on the issue including an estimated resolution time frame. We'll send out an update and post information on the NC LIVE blog once more information is available.

NC LIVE is pleased to announce a new program to highlight resources of interest to the North Carolina library community. The Resource Spotlight program will shine a light on select e-resources through free, 3-month trials. NC LIVE libraries (and their patrons) can try out these resources with no obligation. Libraries that choose to subscribe to a spotlighted resource will receive an exclusive discount.

RBDigital and Gale recently made changes to their website infrastructure which require updated EZproxy stanzas. NC LIVE has implemented these changes on our EZproxy servers.

What do I need to do for Proxy management?

No action is required for libraries using NC LIVE Hosted Proxy or other NC LIVE authentication (library cards or passwords).

Libraries managing local proxy servers should review RBDigital and Gale stanzas and update their proxy stanza if necessary with the recommended stanzas listed below. If you are unsure of your RBDigital or Gale ID please contact the NC LIVE help desk.
