Access to EBSCO Platform resources is currently unavailable. We are in contact with the vendor and will provide updates as soon as we know more. 

Access to EBSCO Platform resources is now restored. If you are still experiencing access issues, please contact us.

Access to ProQuest resources is currently down. ProQuest says that they believe they have identified the issue, and are working to restore access.  Updates on this issue are available at ProQuest's status page:  https://status.proquest.com/
