Service Alert: ProQuest resources unavailable

All ProQuest products are now back online

Some libraries are still experiencing problems accessing ProQuest. ProQuest is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution:
 
Here are some steps ProQuest is recommending that might help restore normal functionality.
 

1. Clear cache and cookies.

2. Close all browser windows.

3. Open a new window and access the Academic platform again. 

4.  If the problems persist, please direct them to contact Technical Support as it may be an issue unrelated to this outage  

 

Update, 7/18/17: ProQuest Platform is now live and available to users. ProQuest is continuing to work on enabling My Research functionality within the PQ Platform.  HertiageQuest and Sanborn Maps continue to be unavailable.

An power outage in Washington D.C. is affecting the ProQuest data center. All ProQuest resources are unavailable. Users will see an authentication error message.

ProQuest is aware of the issue but does not have a estimate for restoration of services.
