Biography
As Electronic Resources Librarian, Jake helps ensure that NC LIVE’s libraries and library patrons can successfully access NC LIVE’s online resources. Some of his responsibilities include:
- Supporting libraries in integrating NC LIVE content into their local systems and providing access via their remote authentication methods
- Troubleshooting and remedying electronic resource issues
- Managing and maintaining discovery and metadata for NC LIVE’s e-resources
- Co-liaison to the NC LIVE Online Services Advisory Committee (OSAC)
Before joining NC LIVE in January 2026, Jake was a Research and Instruction Librarian at Meredith College in Raleigh.
