Three ways to reach the Help Desk:
The NC LIVE Help Desk is staffed Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. During those hours, NC LIVE staff will respond to your query as quickly as possible. Outside of business hours, NC LIVE will respond within the next business day.

NC LIVE supports the information needs of our member library customers as a critical part of our mission to help libraries support education, enhance economic development, and improve quality of life for North Carolinians.
To be the first and best partner to our member libraries, NC LIVE staff strive to:

- Advocate for and facilitate excellent customer experiences from our vendor partners on behalf of member libraries;
- Encourage communication between member library staff and NC LIVE staff, enabling member libraries to reach NC LIVE quickly and easily;
