Hoopla also announced that it is investigating some technical issues that may be affecting some patrons. The vendor is working on the issue and apologizes for the inconvenience. We will provide updates on any status changes as we hear them from Hoopla.

Access to Infobase resources, including Films on Demand/Access Video on Demand, Credo Reference, and Just for Kids Streaming is currently unavailable. Libraries may see an error message when trying to access these databases through their website or the NC LIVE website.

Thanks to support from the UNC System, the digital edition on NC LIVE provides students, faculty, teachers, and library patrons across North Carolina with access to a collection of the nation's founding documents from both American and North Carolina history.
