Tomorrow morning, February 5, infrastructure updates will be performed on NC LIVE's proxy server. This may result in up to 10 minutes of downtime with NC LIVE resources being inaccessible. Updates will begin between 7:00-7:30 am.

Update 1/29/19: Access to Sanborn Maps North Carolina has been restored. Please contact the NC LIVE Help Desk if you continue to experience access issues.

Sanborn Maps North Carolina is currently inaccessible, displaying the error message "invalid expiration date." NC LIVE is investigating this issue with ProQuest and will update this article as the issue is resolved.

Starting tomorrow, Friday, February 8, 2019 at 8pm Ex Libris/ProQuest is migrating systems applications to a new data center that will result in 24-hours of downtime for staff-facing applications including 360 Core/Client Center.
Update 1/18/19: This issue has been resolved.
Morningstar is currently inaccessible with users encountering a "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred" error or an "Access Denied" error when trying to perform any actions. We have reached out to Morningstar for more information on the issue including an estimated resolution time frame. We'll send out an update and post information on the NC LIVE blog once more information is available.
