Update 7/19/17:

All ProQuest products are now back online


Update 7/18/17, 13:50:

Some libraries are still experiencing problems accessing ProQuest. ProQuest is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution:
Here are some steps ProQuest is recommending that might help restore normal functionality.

1. Clear cache and cookies.

2. Close all browser windows.

3. Open a new window and access the Academic platform again. 

If your library uses MARC records for the NC LIVE Video Collection, the URL in the 856 field will need to be updated from http to https in order for the link to work.

On September 12-13, 2017, NC LIVE and its member libraries will migrate from ebrary and EBL to the new Ebook Central platform. Please see below for information about the upgrade.

We've received reports of people having trouble accessing eLibrary Curriculum Edition. If your library uses a local proxy server, please add the following proxy stanza for eLibrary Curriculum Edition:
