NC LIVE will be North Carolina's leader in designing and distributing innovative digital library services and information sharing tools that lead to personal and organizational success for end users.

  1. Provide collections of high quality, highly marketable resources that enable end-users to achieve their goals while maximizing organization return on investment (ROI).
  2. Deliver innovative products and services that expose customers to new content types, usage models, and integration methods.
  3. Develop relationships with public and private organizations to raise awareness, expand service breadth and depth, and increase efficiency and cost effectiveness.
